| Complying with safety regulations |
 |
 |
| Current gas safety regulations*
stipulate that, in many cases where a living flame gas fire is installed
with an open flue, an exterior vent should be fitted. This is a n essential
safety precaution to provide replacement air to the room. |
| Decorative Wall Vent |
 |
| Gazco's decorative wall
vent is designed to be neat and easy to install. Once a cylindrical hole
has been made in the wall with a 5" (125mm) core drill, the durable
polypropylene tube is slid in and cut to length. The interior vent is polished
brass with a no-tarnish finish, while the exterior is weatherproof polyester-coated
steel in a choice of colours. |

Large & Small floor vent |
 |
| A Gazco floor vent is the simple, discreet
solution in rooms with a suspended floor, provided the cavity beneath is
clear through to exterior airbricks. The vent requires a jigsaw and screwdriver
to fit and can be neatly installed with a fitted carpet. Available in two
